Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange.
What’s Eligible for Return?
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with seals, pumps, and boxes intact → Full refund or exchange
Sale, clearance, or “final sale” items → Not eligible for return unless faulty
Bundles & gift sets → Must be returned complete (all items included)
Hygiene & Safety Rules (Important for Skincare)
Because of health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Used Products
Makeup, face masks, sheet masks, or any product samples once opened
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, leaked, expired, or we sent the wrong item → Full refund or replacement + we cover return shipping.
Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
Allergic Reactions or Skin Irritation
We feel terrible when this happens! While we can’t offer a cash refund for opened products that didn’t agree with your skin (because we can’t resell them), we will always send you:
A free replacement with a gentler/alternative product of equal or lesser value
Just send us a quick photo of the reaction (optional) and tell us what happened within 14 days of receipt of product.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@onlinedayspa.com or use the Return Portal in your account → orders
Include your order number and reason for return
We’ll send you a prepaid return label (U.S. customers) or instructions (international)
Pack the item securely in its original packaging
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it within 3–5 business days
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2–10 business days (depending on your bank/card issuer)
Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
International Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable service.
Exchanges
Want a different shade, size, or product instead? Just let us know — we’ll reserve the new item for you and ship it as soon as we receive your return.
